Eligibility Requirements
Age
- For Non-Qataris, i am below the age of 36 at the time of application
- For Qataris, i am below the age of 45 at the time of application
Education
- I hold a Bachelor’s degree or will be graduating with a Bachelor's Degree by June 2025
- I do not hold a degree in Education
- I have a working proficiency in Arabic reading, writing, speaking, and listening
- I have graduated or will graduate with a GPA as follows*

Residency status and Official Documents
- I have a Qatari ID valid until at least September 2025
- I will have lived in Qatar for at least 2 academic years* by June 2025
- I am able to provide original documents for my education certificates
*You will be asked to provide evidence of your time in Qatar either through a Metrash certificate or passport stamp
Work
- I am not a qualified teacher
- I am not currently employed by the Ministry of Education and Higher Education
- If you have worked as an unqualified teacher or teaching assistant in Qatar or abroad in the past, it must have been for less than 2 academic years*
*You will be asked to provide confirmation of the duration of your employment as an unqualified teacher or teaching assistant

Commitment
- I am able to attend the 7-week Summer Institute from the end of June 2025
- I am committed to completing the Leadership Journey from September 2025 – May 2027, teaching in a public school in Qatar according to the Ministry of Education and Higher Education academic calendar
- I am able to attend all required training and development activities during the Leadership Journey in accordance with the Ministry of Education and Higher Education academic calendar
